Title : Receptionist Team : Site - Parks Who Does This Role Report Into? Tenant Relations Manager Role Summary / Purpose and Scope The Reception functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Site Director and Senior Management team. You will be directly responsible for the serviced office accommodation and conference rooms, ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation. The Reception functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery and supporting the Site team. You will be directly responsible for visitor management and first line tenant support, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service, being maintained whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation. You will also support with on-site facilities including meeting room management, events and shared tenant platforms This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
