Job Location: North Zone About the role: The Zonal Credit Manager will manage zonal activities and processes related to the collection of Sun King EasyBuy products in the field. The role will provide advice and recommendations on improving customer payments and satisfaction, while ensuring that the company's offering meets end-user expectations. Partner with the Credit manager in developing methodologies to improve existing processes. Recommend enhancements to current processes and policies to mitigate operational risks. Present ideas, findings, and recommendations through reports and presentations. Assist the Credit Manager in implementing audit recommendations. Conduct periodic spot checks on processes and provide findings and recommendations on risks identified within the zone. Investigate fraud cases and provide recommendations, including data collection and interviews with relevant parties. Identify and classify potential default risks through data collection and interaction with customers. Prepare field reports and consolidate relevant data and documentation for reporting Identify red flags and ensure timely reporting and escalation. Use data to profile customers at the onboarding stage to facilitate informed customer selection and payment performance.
