RWDI is seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join the Kuala Lumpur office. The successful candidate will provide consulting services across the APAC region, specializing in wind-induced microclimate effects, wind loading on structures, cladding wind pressures, and building performance. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and innovative projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary experts across the region. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality technical analysis, reporting, and client-focused solutions within a fast-paced consulting environment. The role requires a client-focused mindset, strong ownership of projects, and the ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions under tight deadlines. Contribute to and, where appropriate, take a lead technical role within project teams to ensure quality of analysis and reporting. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver pedestrian wind studies using desk-based assessments, computational wind engineering, and wind tunnel testing methodologies. Provide technical advice and consulting support to clients on wind-related design challenges. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Maintain awareness of relevant industry standards, codes, guidelines, and engineering best practices. Apply appropriate QA/QC processes to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
