Here at Valpak, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role offering remote working, with the expectation of attending our Stratford-upon-Avon office approximately once per quarter. Lead a team of 3 (Product Owners and a Business Analyst) Create and drive product vision, roadmap, and goals and translate into product features and planned work Scope the product solution and define user journey, user stories, and process flows Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive targeted business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategies Ensure Delivery through participation and/or lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings Manage and prioritize the product backlog and oversee the development stages Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development Collaborate closely with global business development teams and other stakeholders and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product Own relationships with key customers; understand the industry and product-related landscapes, be the voice of the customer and feedback user inputs
