About this role
ReBound - a Reconomy Group Company - is the leading global returns management specialist, enabling easy omnichannel returns for brands and their consumers. By combining integrated returns software with an extensive logistics network, ReBound provides brands with a complete ecosystem of suppliers and partners to handle their global, end-to-end returns. ReBound optimizes and manages the entire returns lifecycle so clients can focus on their core business. Our core values drive everything we do. We believe in promoting a supportive environment for our colleagues , delivering exceptional service to our customers , contributing to the community , and working towards a more sustainable environment . If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves data and wants to see it drive real, high-stakes decisions. Our Orchestration team sits within Logistics and focuses on end-to-end continuous improvement and analytics — working on broad initiatives that improve profitability and client satisfaction through operational excellence, standardisation and a genuinely scalable global logistics network. As our Orchestration & Logistics Analyst, you’ll be the analytical engine behind that work. You’ll build credible, robust data analysis from the ground up and use it to shape major change decisions across our operation — everything from cost optimisation and network design to KPI standardisation, deep-dive trend analysis and cost-benefit modelling. You won’t just crunch numbers, though. You’ll proactively spot data issues and improvement opportunities, solve complex problems independently, and own the implementation of your ideas alongside other teams. There’s real scope to modernise how we work too — bringing in automation, digitisation and AI tools wherever they can make us better. If you take pride in turning raw data into insight that actually changes things, you’ll love it here. What You’ll Be Doing • Supporting projects and teams with strong analytics, building a credible analytical base that informs high-stakes change decisions in operations • Working across initiatives such as cost optimisation, logistics flow optimisation, network solution design, KPI standardisation, deep dives, trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis and supporting the innovation pipeline • Proactively spotting data issues and operational improvement opportunities, and solving problems independently • Collaborating with our BI teams to standardise reporting and metrics • Identifying opportunities for automation and digitisation, adapting ways of working to bring in AI tools and automation wherever possible • Driving data-driven ideas, identifying inefficiencies and owning implementation with other teams using DMAIC and Lean methodologies • Being a proactive, supportive partner to other departments — building strong relationships and developing expertise others can lean on
