The team comprises of managers, senior engineers, engineers and designers that have direct experience of construction projects and operating facilities, as well as exceptional engineering expertise. The Opportunity We are now recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our team in the Stockton Office. The primary function of the role is to provide delivery of defined engineering projects for a range of project types and phases to the highest standards, complying with legal obligations, px internal standards and client requirements. Also to support the development of proposals for new business opportunities. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence. • Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams to execute engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with scope and schedule. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory bodies, to confirm project objectives and deliverables. • Serve as the primary technical interface between clients and pxE for all project related issues. • Identify and manage technical risks, address engineering challenges promptly, and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards • Ensure projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation. • Develop and review project proposals and plans to align with business objectives. • Review project scope, engineering schedules and client specifications upon project handover and manage these deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. • Engage with clients to understand and represent their needs and requirements in the field. • Gather and analyse project data to create status reports and contribute to regular project delivery meetings.
