We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Agri Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting our full agricultural product portfolio, and driving sales within the branch. Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time Hours of Work: 20 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday As an Agri Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner for our farming customers, delivering tailored advice and solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work closely with retail and external agri sales colleagues to ensure every interaction puts the customer first and reflects our values. Key responsibilities include: • Proactively promoting agricultural products and services to members and shareholders • Developing sales with existing customers and attracting new members • Delivering honest, knowledgeable advice tailored to customer needs • Using campaigns and promotional materials creatively to drive growth • Staying informed about local market trends and competitor activity • Managing customer records and ledgers to maximise opportunities • Supporting seasonal planning and stock optimisation • Attending sales meetings and training sessions to keep your knowledge current
