At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager – MICE to elevate our presence in the luxury events and corporate market. If you are passionate about high-end hospitality and possess the drive to convert opportunities into prestigious events, this role is for you. Proactively source, secure, and manage corporate, conference, and incentive business (MICE) to drive revenue for our rooms, banquets, and historic event spaces. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve individual MICE targets and outperform competitor set. Build and maintain strong relationships with key event planners, MICE agencies, corporate clients, and international PCOs. Conduct engaging site inspections and showcase our historic monastery property to prospective clients, telling its unique story. Participate in client meetings, industry tradeshows, networking events, and internal revenue strategy calls.
