Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. As one of the first and last people our clients interact with, you will help create a compassionate, organized, and supportive experience during some of the most emotional moments of pet ownership. This position is ideal for someone with veterinary hospital experience who thrives in a busy environment, communicates with empathy, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion Answer high-volume phone calls while appropriately prioritizing urgent patient needs Coordinate emergency walk-ins and scheduled appointments Accurately register patients and maintain electronic medical records Collect patient histories and verify client information Process invoices, payments, deposits, and other financial transactions Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient flow Provide clients with updates, discharge instructions, and follow-up communication Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Support efficient hospital workflow through teamwork and collaboration
