Davies North America is rapidly expanding in our commercial transportation division. We are looking to add Liability Commercial adjusters with Bodily Injury and Litigation experience to our rapidly growing Transportation division. We are seeking candidates with the ability to provide excellent customer service, properly analyze and apply coverage, and adjudicate Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims in a professional manner. Strong verbal and reporting skills are necessary to provide detailed reports to the clients. A college degree is preferred. Prior experience with commercial trucking and transportation claims is required. The ideal adjuster has the ability to work efficiently and effectively with insureds, claimants, attorneys and outside vendors to confirm coverage, determine liability and evaluate damages through timely and diligent claim investigations. We are seeking candidates who hold multi-state licenses; at a minimum the candidate must hold a valid Texas license with the ability to quickly secure reciprocal licenses in other states. Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience Superior report writing skills Strong Time Management skills Effective Communicator Holds a valid Texas all lines license (Florida, New Mexico, and other licenses a plus) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Have above average computer skills Team player Litigation Experience is required Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
