About this role
This role involves the operation of a variety of powered industrial vehicles—including forklifts, trucks, front-end loaders, and sweepers—to support material handling and transportation needs across the facility. The position includes responsibilities such as loading and unloading cargo, performing routine vehicle maintenance, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, proper equipment use, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Operate various powered industrial vehicles including, but not limited to, trucks, lifts, front end loaders, and sweepers Operates assigned vehicle performing hauling and delivery duties as assigned Loads and unloads cargo Operates forklift to position and move materials, equipment, etc. Maintains and services vehicle needs as required, such as fuel, oil, water, tires, hydraulic systems, battery, etc. Maintains appropriate records by manual or automated systems Maintains proper housekeeping in work areas and operates equipment in a safe manner Properly uses and maintains company tools and equipment Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner
