This is a direct Publicis Sapient role embedded within our LATAM Learning Development team You will be working hand in hand with our Learning Talent Development Manager for LATAM supporting initiatives that shape the way our people learn grow and succeed This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment with a particular interest in AI HR and traning programs creation for organizations Your Impact Organize training sessions and ensure smooth operations for all programs Track and analyze key performance indicators KPIs to measure training effectiveness Monitor attendance and participation in learning initiatives Assist in creating visually engaging materials using design tools like Canva Collaborate with team members on different LD projects and regional initiatives Support the development of content and resources for training programs Manage and update databases to keep accurate records of certifications and progress
