The role is scheduled as a full-time position with 36 hours per week, and applicants should note that the organization is not accepting part-time applications for 20-hour weeks or sponsorship requests. Shift patterns are set from 8 AM to 8 PM. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in caring for older individuals, possess strong empathy, communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Qualifications Essential
Experience in caring for older people is required, along with a compassionate approach and excellent communication skills.
