Job summary Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner Build the nursing and clinical teams that will change how primary care is delivered in your Brighton community. This isn't a role for someone looking to simply step into an established team and maintain the status quo. We're looking for a Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner with a builder's mindset - someone who enjoys creating, improving and leading through change, and who is excited by the opportunity to help shape what a great primary care team looks like from the ground up. Over the last two years, we've been on a significant transformation journey across our Brighton practices. We've made substantial changes to how we work, strengthened our clinical and operational approach and are now bringing our Sussex practices much closer together, enabling teams to share expertise, resources and support.
