You'll have tasks such as developing tailored care plans, providing medication safely, and ensuring excellence in all that you do. You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience with creating well-developed care plans and performing detailed risk assessments is necessary, as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll take pride in a person-centred approach to nursing.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration, knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in producing care plans, understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
