We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our thriving Community Nursing Service in a permanent role, delivering outstanding care to the Portsmouth community in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our Nursing Services operates 8am-8pm 7days a week, 365 days a year.
Please note you will need to have a full driving licence with car available for work along with business insurance.
At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for participating in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of the Community Team.
* Work under supervision following written care plans and care pathways devised by the Registered Nurse.
* Follow prescribed care plans and treatment protocols.
* Follow HPCT Policies and Procedures.
* Has knowledge and skills to carry out prescribed tasks and will report to Registered Nurse any variances.
* Delegated responsibility for Patient Support Teams administrative tasks.
* Provide general administration support to the team.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
NVQ in Health care or equivalent or willingness to commit to training. Current Driving Licence.
Desirable
ECDL, Computer literate desirable. NVQ 3.
Experience Essential
Working in Health Care setting. Working in an administrative role. Computer literacy. Demonstrate effective written and verbal. Communication skills. Effective time manager. Demonstrates self-awareness.
Desirable
Knowledge of working in a community environment.
