Your Day-to-Day...

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients and residents

Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support

Learn about individuals specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way

Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required

Safeguard those in our care

Maintain a safe and clean environment for all

Support service users with community-based activities and appointments, including driving when required

You Are...

Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives

An excellent communicator and a good team player

Sensitive and intuitive, with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment

Committed to empowering and supporting service user independence

In possession of a full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Increasing to £13.75 per hour after 3 months.
