Main duties of the job Join us as a Home Care Assistant in Witney, making a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. The role involves supporting daily routines and personal care, assisting with meals and medication, and providing companionship. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others. Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset. A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Flexibility to work alternating weekends.
