Main duties of the job Join us as a Home Care Assistant in Witney, making a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. Helping others live with dignity and joy in their own homes is special. Whether its sharing tea, helping with routines, or offering companionship, you provide more than careyou offer connection. The role involves supporting daily routines and personal care, assisting with meals and medication, and providing companionship. Qualifications Essential
A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others. Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset. A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Flexibility to work alternating weekends.
