In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding Drive hiring across global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, vendor partnerships, and networking channels Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, including metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, conversion rates, and offer-to-join ratios Ensure strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing practices Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
