We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , and we’re looking for a driven, confident Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in growing our bookings and client base. If you’re someone who enjoys speaking to people, closing deals and seeing the direct results of your hard work, this could be the opportunity for you. The Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our sales process — taking warm leads, understanding what customers need, recommending the right service and turning enquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, with uncapped commission rewarding strong performance. Key Responsibilities Contact and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings Build strong relationships and rapport with potential clients Understand customer requirements and recommend the right cleaning services Follow up with leads and maximise conversion opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and keep sales activity up to date Work towards and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Identify opportunities to increase bookings and grow customer value Deliver a professional, responsive and customer-focused experience from first contact to booking What We Offer Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission OTE of R25,000+ per month for strong performers Fully remote working 40 days paid annual leave Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone confident, motivated and commercially minded.
