Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider supporting a range of well-known businesses, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their growing technical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys solving technical challenges across multiple client sites. Main Duties Provide first-line support and act as the primary contact for customers. Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues when required. Log, manage and update incidents via the service management platform. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding ticket progress. Escalate critical issues to senior leadership where appropriate. Prioritise and manage daily workload effectively. Monitor customer environments and ensure optimal system performance. Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software solutions. Produce accurate technical documentation and maintain service records. Support incidents remotely and on-site. What's on Offer Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum , depending on experience. Generous annual leave entitlement of 40 days per year .
