Reynolds Restoration Services is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Project Manager to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% in the office, with an administrative team to support your efforts in the field. Responsibilities:
• Inspect damaged properties and assess restoration needs on-site.
• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.
• Collaborate closely with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Handle change orders, manage budgets, and oversee project quality.
• Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in construction (high-end residential or general contracting preferred), or experienced as a property claims field adjuster.
• Experienced in projects range from $5k-$2M- primarily residential (80%), some light commercial (20%).
• Have strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track.
• Being a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.
• Experience in Xactimate (XM8), Symbility, DASH, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Demonstrate a solutions approach and experience using non-traditional skills or methods in the reconstruction process.
Preferred:
• Education: 2–4-year technical degree preferred.
• IICRC Certifications
