About the Role As a Mid/Senior Salesforce Engineer at Montway, you will be at the heart of our vehicle transport operations, designing and implementing the advanced enterprise Salesforce solutions that power our business. Working on a large-scale platform, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape workflows, build seamless integrations, and optimize overall system performance. Key Responsibilities
• Architect & Build: Design and implement robust business logic, automation, and scalable data architecture within Salesforce to drive operational efficiency.
• Seamless Integration: Build and maintain secure, high-performing integrations between Salesforce, internal/external APIs, and third-party data sources.
• Frontend Development: Develop dynamic Lightning Web Components (LWC) and advanced Flows to deliver clean, intuitive, and responsive user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into effective, goal-aligned solutions.
• Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices by selecting the right programming approaches, tools, and techniques while upholding strict development standards.
• Quality Assurance: Write meaningful automated tests, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure the long-term stability and reliability of deployed solutions.
• DevOps & Code Quality: Actively participate in peer code reviews and streamline deployments through a Git-based CI/CD release pipeline.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Salesforce SME, providing Tier-3 support for incident resolution and complex defect fixing.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes, optimize code, and boost overall system performance.
What We're Looking For
• Proven Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce B2B/D2C Commerce Cloud.
• Core Salesforce Expertise: Deep, practical proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Web Services.
• Apex Mastery: Solid understanding of advanced Apex principles, including bulkification, governor limits, trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, and secure coding practices.
• AI & Prompt Engineering: Experience leveraging AI models and coding assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Codex) to accelerate development, generate boilerplate, write automated tests, or optimize code.
