Maintenance Electrician

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for both scheduled and breakdown maintenance across a wide range of manufacturing equipment, improvements on machinery and helping to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
Predominately Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 7.00am to 3.30pm
About the Role
• Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will:
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with established procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects.
• Share ideas and recommendations to improve plant performance and productivity.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.

What We're Looking For
You will be a qualified and experienced electrician with:
• Experience in industrial or maintenance electrical work.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions when required.
• A practical, systematic approach to maintenance and troubleshooting.
• A strong commitment to working safely and following procedures.
• Accountability, initiative, and pride in delivering quality work.
• Willingness and ability to learn and grow a more technical skill set.
Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential. Most importantly, you will have a genuine interest in industrial maintenance and a willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
