Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our Spravato and Ketamine Program. This RN will oversee clinical monitoring during IV ketamine infusions and Spravato® treatments.

The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, comfort with mental health populations, and the ability to provide a safe, supportive environment during transformative treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor IV ketamine infusions and intranasal Spravato® treatments per REMS and clinic protocols

• Assess and document vitals, mental status, and safety throughout treatments

• Provide patient education and supportive care before, during, and after sessions

• Collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners and program coordinator to ensure continuity of care

• Respond to clinical changes with professionalism and sound judgment

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required)

• BLS certification (required)

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting (required)

• Competency in peripheral IV insertion and infusion management, including pump-administered titrated infusions (required)

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a critical care/ICU setting preferred

• Ability to continuously monitor patients throughout extended treatment sessions — vital signs, blood pressure trends, level of consciousness, dissociative and psychotomimetic effects — and to recognize and escalate adverse reactions

• Experience caring for patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs preferred.

• Knowledge of ketamine or infusion-based care is a plus

Pay: $36.50 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 34 per week
