About this role
The Eastdil Secured Savills Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program is a one-week virtual training program developed specifically for university or college students. The program will take place from Monday, June 14 through Thursday, June 17 and include two virtual sessions hosted each day. Topics covered will include:
• Basic real estate finance concepts, fundamentals and principles
• Hands-on general Excel training
• Hands-on general real estate financial modeling in Excel (ARGUS is not included in this program)
While no specific templates are used, there will be a focus on general topics, which will help participants interview at any real estate firm.
Morning and afternoon sessions are progressive and designed to build on one another, so full participation is encouraged. Sessions are not recorded or distributed after the program.
Participants who complete the program in full are awarded an Eastdil Secured Savills Certificate of Completion.

• Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
• Demonstrated sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
Eligible students who submit a complete registration form are automatically accepted into the program. Program details including the schedule and webinar information will be provided to participants in early 2027.
