We're not looking for someone to simply follow existing processes. We're looking for a partner who will help us build them.
We are part of a fast-growing international organization headquartered in the United States. We are currently going through an exciting transformation, bringing accounting processes in-house from an external accounting firm. This creates a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to do more than manage day-to-day accounting and is excited about helping shape and build a modern finance function.
If you enjoy having an impact, taking ownership, improving processes, and building solutions that create long-term value, this role could be a great fit for you.
Your Role
You will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with both local stakeholders and our U.S. headquarters. Beyond managing day-to-day accounting activities, you will have the opportunity to influence processes, standards, and tools that support the company's future growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Cooperating with external auditors during audits and financial statement reviews.
• Working closely with finance and business teams in the United States.
• Playing an active role in transitioning accounting processes from an external accounting firm to the internal finance team.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping design efficient accounting and reporting processes.
