In this entry-level role, you'll:
• Become a Pilgrimage Expert: Learn about our inspiring destinations and the benefits of traveling with 206 Tours. You'll guide clients through our offerings and make their pilgrimage dreams a reality.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Answer phone calls, emails, and online chats, ensuring clients receive prompt and accurate information.
• Master the Journey: Become a whiz at processing reservations, updating clients on changes, and managing special requests.
• Be Part of the Family: Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
