Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of: HRO Senior Team Lead with German and English Location: Sibiu or Bucharest (hybrid 3/2)
We are looking for a candidate with: English and German B2 - essential for client communication purposes Minimum 5 years of experience in HRO area Min 1- 2 year of experience in working in people management area (working with German clients and in HRO domain would be an asset) Good communication skills, problem solving attitude and teamwork skills Good knowledge of MS Office package Highly developed, self-organization Experience in reporting - knowledge and awareness Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
Your key activities: Managing HRO team responsible for German market Support the team from the process perspective (if needed) Daily monitoring team progress, report the status Collaborating with Managers, other teams and internal customers Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client Achieving goals and SLAs Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted HR contact
