The opportunity
We are looking for an English speaking Accounts Payable Intern. In this role you will support our Accounts Payable team in delivering high level services to our internal customers. You will closely collaborate with AP Managers, AP Team Members and internal stakeholders across Europe.
How you'll make a difference
Support the team in day-to-day responsibilities related to accounts payable process (invoice processing, responding on emails from suppliers and internal queries from the Procurement and business, resolving Service Now tickets, creating daily statistics and performing ad hoc tasks given by supervisor) purchase orders creation in the system, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance)Perform data entry and data verification tasksCollaboration with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardizationLearning to use SAP software Your background
You are a university student graduating in 2026 or laterYou are available 30 - 40h per weekYou are interested in Finance Operations - Accounts payable activities (no prior experience required)You are proficient in English (B2)You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detailYou have strong communication skillsYou have ability to work in teams and with deadlinesYou have organizational and coordination skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving abilities More about us
