Logistics Services Manager (m/f/d)
Diesen Bereich gestaltest du mit:Steuerung und Optimierung der Intralogistik von Material Incoming, Materialzuteilung bis hin zum Versand (Expedit).Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich Logistics Services.Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung (Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung).Supply Chain Security.Automatisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Intralogistik.Erfassung von Ergebnissen und deren Berichterstattung.Steuerung von Inventur und Cycle-Counting.Diese Fähigkeiten wären großartig:Technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, FH/Uni).Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Warehousing etc.Persönliche und fachliche Kompetenz als Führungskraft.Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbereitschaft.Zielorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.Strukturierte Arbeitsweise.Gutes Kommunikationsverhalten (intern und extern).MS Office Kenntnisse.Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit.Das bieten wir dir:Ein Aufgabengebiet in dem du deine innovativen Ideen umsetzen kannst.Du tüftelst an technischen Herausforderungen - flexible Zeitgestaltung inklusive.Abwechslungsreiche Projekte mit Gestaltungsspielraum, dem du deine eigene Handschrift verleihen kannst.Wohlfühlklima, Feedbackkultur und auch Spaß beim Arbeiten sind uns beiden wichtig.EB05
