About this role
The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated engineering intern to join the Bipolar Semiconductor Process Engineering team in Lenzburg. The internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, and digital transformation.
The primary objective of this assignment is to transform an existing Digital Quality Control (DQC) prototype into a robust production application that can be used daily by operators and engineers on the Bipolar manufacturing line. The solution will become an integral part of the factory's quality management system and support the prevention of defects, process deviations, and customer escapes. The DQC initiative builds on ongoing efforts to digitalize quality checkpoints and process controls within the Bipolar semiconductor fabrication environment.
This is a hands-on assignment with direct exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes, operator workflows, quality assurance systems, database applications, and continuous improvement activities.
