About the Role:
We're building the next generation technologies which will power CrowdStrike for the next ten years. You'll join a fast-moving team taking a blank-slate approach to scaling our systems and using AI to stop breaches.
Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.
What You'll Do:Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologistsDeliver low-latency and highly scalable servicesPartner closely with our desktop agent and AI teamsDrive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.What You'll Need:B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systemsStrong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologiesSkill at finding simply elegant solutions to complex problemsAbility to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teamsAbility to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verballyExperience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholdersStrong sense of ownership in what you buildPassion for developing teams through code reviews, design reviews and mentorshipProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.#LI-DR1
