Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organization. Provide advanced analytics support to improve the execution of anticipated and implemented Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. Establish and apply an analytical capability that integrates aggregated FMS data to identify execution trends, case variance drivers, and opportunities for process improvement across the FMS lifecycle.Create meaningful dashboards and visualizations requiring analytical framework adjustments to existing reporting structures and inputs.Develop a deep understanding of data connections from legacy client systems to Databricks and Power BICombine analytical efforts with process improvement recommendations to positively impact client environment The successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in Foreign Military Sales3+ years of analytical experience utilizing data visualization tools including Microsoft Power BI Active Secret security clearance requiredAbility to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2 days per week. Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred:

Experience with DatabricksExperience in utilizing analytical tools and data to inform process improvement strategy For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 to $207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
