Job Summary
岗位职责（ Responsibilities ）
1. 供应商开发与认证（ Supplier Qualification & Development ） 主导新供应商审核, 评估及认证流程。 推动供应商持续改善项目, 不断提升其质量体系及制造能力。 2. 来料质量管理与问题解决（ Incoming Quality Control & Problem Solving ） 负责来料质量控制（ IQC ）流程管理, 并处理供应商相关质量缺陷问题。 主导根本原因分析（ Root Cause Analysis ）, 并运用 8D , 5Why , SPC 等质量工具推动纠正及预防措施（ CAPA ）的落实, 解决供应商质量异常。 3. 先期产品质量策划（ APQP ） 与供应商协作开展 APQP 活动。 审核并批准关键质量文件, 包括: FMEA （失效模式与影响分析） Control Plan （控制计划） PPAP （生产件批准程序）等。 4. 供应商绩效监控与关系管理（ Performance Monitoring & Relationship Management ） 监控并定期汇报供应商质量绩效指标, 例如: DPPM （百万件缺陷数） PPM （百万件不良率） Yield Rate （良率） 作为供应商质量管理的主要窗口, 建立并维护良好的合作关系和沟通机制。 5. 图纸与技术规范审核（ Drawing & Specification Review ） 审核并确认供应商对工程图纸, 技术规格及质量要求的理解与执行情况, 确保符合要求。 6. 出差要求 根据业务需要接受海外出差。 任职资格（ Qualifications ） 本科及以上学历, 电子工程, 机械工程, 机电一体化或相关工程专业。 具备良好的英语读写能力。 具备优秀的供应商沟通与协调能力。 具备质量数据分析及质量报告编制能力。 有大功率电源产品相关经验者优先, 包括但不限于: PSU （ Power Supply Unit , 电源模块） BBU （ Battery Backup Unit , 备用电池单元） Power Shelf （电源架）等。 具备良好的职业素养, 工作有条理, 团队合作意识强, 能够灵活应对变化, 积极主动且具有工作热情。Job Category
