In the role of Process Engineer for BiMOS Backend, you will contribute to the advancement of our automated power module production. You'll have the opportunity to improve existing manufacturing processes and lead innovative development projects, with a particular focus on automated module assembly processes.
How you'll make an impact
Improve the process capability of module assembly processes, by applying statistical tools, designed experiments and gemba principlesAnalyse production data to optimize performance, identify long-term trends, and prevent potential failuresSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain and improve production throughputCollaborate to new product development by shaping the production process landscape and enabling volume manufacturing Your background
A master's degree in industrial or mechanicalGood understanding of automation and experience in robot handlingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approachFamiliarity with DoE, data analysis and production statisticsProficiency in English and German More about us
