Job Description
Visa is looking for a results-driven, tech-curious Senior Account Executive Manager with a passion for value-based solution selling. In this role, you will sell the entire portfolio of Visa solutions, define account strategies and align the necessary resources to deliver your account plans, while building strong client relationships. Qualified candidates will possess a proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships and a relentless drive to excel in sales. Key functions: Build and execute client accounts strategies, annual plans, manage client relationships, and coordinate sales and post-sale resources like Specialist Sellers and Client Success ManagersSupport key sales motions across different sales and support functions (Specialist Sellers, Sales Engineers, Client Success Managers, etc.)Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts identifying compelling value propositions that address customer needsSupport new business development and expansion of existing accounts by identifying client pain pointsCreate and manage a pipeline of clients and new sales opportunities, negotiations, and deal closingNegotiate client incentive and business renewalsSupport and execute territory plans to increase sales and market share within existing accountsDrive operational efficiencies and orchestrate other supporting teams to ensure maintenance and improvement of portfolio performanceDemonstrate understanding of the payments landscape and technology solutions to implement creative strategies to grow Visa's businessFoster productive relationships at all levels with clients and the Visa organizationParticipate in sales meetings and training activitiesEnsure accurate and up-to-date account information by maintaining rigorous CRM data hygiene and adherence to data management best practicesSafeguard data integrity and compliance with Visa Policies
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bilingual French and English5 or more years of relevant work experience managing accounts and clients with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDProven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction.Curiosity to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment solutionsAbility to develop, lead and close complex competitive sales effortsStrong analytical skills and a knack for strategic planningProven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence and ability to effectively create and deliver presentations to all audiences up to the executive levelsDemonstrated understanding in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and data-driven decision-making, with a strong ability to apply emerging trends to influence client strategy and business outcomesAbility to coordinate internal and external resources and nurture cross functional relationshipsAbility to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationshipsDemonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making
