What you will do:
Manage the Inside Sales teamEstablish team and individual goals, and hold individuals accountable for meeting expectationsManage and maintain customer relationships, order processing and order management for current customer base.Listen to, champion and support the Inside Sales teams to be effective on the phone and drive results for the company.Tactical reviews conducted through the Disciplined Sales Process (DSP) DashboardsA/R Dispute resolution with credit for disputed invoicesTransactional Sales ManagementVacation, Sick and timecard review.Daily Order Reviews to prevent mistakes.Inside Sales Meeting, Trainings and TailgatesBuild sense of teamwork and pride; guide team in prioritizing tasks and projectsProvide development opportunities for team members to expand their professional knowledge and capabilitiesPerform cadenced reviews on each Inside Sales RepresentativeOther duties and/or projects as assigned. What you will bring:
Electrical experience preferred but not required.Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or3 - 5 years' of related experience and/or training; orEquivalent combination of education and experience. Location: This role is based in San Diego, Ca.
Work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary from early morning to later evenings depending on business needs.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position that pays $82,200 - $104,800 annually.This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. #LI-CR1
