Overview Responsible for managing technical project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in support of enterprise technology initiatives. Applies basic knowledge of project management methodologies to coordinate activities across technical teams, business units, and vendors. Supports risk tracking, documentation, and reporting using standard project tools. Contributes to the successful execution of projects by ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and compliance requirements. Identifies ways to accelerate or improve delivery using AI tools, automation, or process improvements.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute technical projects that contribute to enterprise-scale solutions and technology initiativesDevelop project roadmaps, schedules, and resource tracking aligned with technical and business goalsPlan, monitor, and update project budgets to support accurate financial tracking and alignment with approved fundingCoordinate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and monitor project progressApply technical project management tools and templates to support consistent execution and reportingIdentify and escalate technical risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project leadersCollaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support technical feasibility and deliveryPrepare project documentation, dashboards, and updates for stakeholder communicationEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance standardsParticipate in issue resolution and support change management activitiesProvide guidance to junior team members and contribute to technical project knowledge sharingSupport the adoption of technical project management methodologies and best practicesCollaborate with enabling functions to support business readiness and operational alignmentParticipate in initiative planning and contribute to project coordination effortsRepresent technical project management in team-level planning and delivery discussionsMay perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
2+ years of relevant project management experience, supporting technical project teams Proficient in managing technical project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, IT, and vendor teamsKnowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise projectsExperience with coordinating technical teams, managing vendor deliverables, and supporting project execution and reportingAdvanced knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools (e.g. ADO (preferred), Power BI, ServiceNow) to support transparency, accountability, and performance monitoringExperience with Agile project delivery in a technical environmentWorking knowledge of other project delivery methodologiesWorking knowledge of risk identification, change control, and stakeholder communication in technical environmentsBasic skill in translating technical updates into business-friendly reporting formats and supporting leadership presentations Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Professional Certifications (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI- ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications).Working knowledge of systems architecture, DevOps, or cloud services basicsExperience creating or maintaining ADO dashboardsExperience driving projects that implemented, upgraded, or modified the ServiceNow platform Additional Information
