REQUIREMENTS Job Related Experience 10-20 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding, Proposal Management, Pre-Sales, Estimation, or Commercial functions for Data Center Infrastructure Projects. Experience of Data Center projects , including hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and mission-critical facilities. Proven track record of leading large and complex techno-commercial bids for Data Centers and critical infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Data Center standards, uptime requirements, redundancy concepts, and critical facility operations. Extensive experience in customer engagement, bid strategy development, commercial evaluation, risk assessment, contract review, and negotiations. Experience managing cross-functional teams comprising engineering, operations, procurement, legal, finance, and sales functions. Expertise in driving bid reviews, executive approvals, risk mitigation strategies, resource planning, and decision-making throughout the pursuit lifecycle. Proven ca
