This Ascend Practice Management Trainer is responsible for providing training for Ascend Practice Management Software (PMS) to all new or existing customers. Ensure timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or always exceeded. Works toward and assists in the achievement of individual, team, and department goals.
Preferred work arrangement is remote within the United States with up to 65% travel including weekends.
What you will do Facilitate remote training calls and onsite visits with new and existing customers using standardized curriculum agendaInstruct offices using prepared curriculum on each topicProvide post training session documentation on related topicsMaintain updated calendarResponsible for excellent time management skills to achieve customer service expectationsMaintain individual utilization and productivity goals as determined by leadershipSchedule follow up sessions or webinars with customers as neededProvide email communication to offices and other team members as requiredAttend and participate in weekly team meetingsDocument sessions within CRM systemWork on several different software platforms to retrieve customer data for monitoringMaintain a personal CSAT score of 90% or aboveWork with Implementation team members to coordinate Ascend training sessionsCollaborate with Support team members to resolve technical issues for customersCommunicate with Team Leader and/or direct supervisor on complex issues for customersProvide shadowing opportunities on a consistent basis for new employees across multiple teams and departmentsMentor new employees throughout their onboarding processParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as required based on current business needsAbility to travel up to 65%Intermediate level professional; developing knowledge within own discipline. Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity required to perform tasks. Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.Work on problems of limited to moderate scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practice determining appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships.Receive a moderate level of instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instruction and guidance on new projects or assignments.What we are looking forTypically,2 to 4 years of related professional experience.Typically, a bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline.Intermediate understanding of industry practicesGeneral proficiency with tools, systems, and proceduresBasic planning/organizational skills and techniquesGood decision making, analysis and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic presentation and public speaking skillsBasic interpersonal skillsDeveloping professional credibilityPractice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experienceProfessional training experienceDental industry experienceProficient with Microsoft Office productsTypically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meeting expectations or consistently exceed expectations. The posted range for this position is $65,813-$75,617 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.
