Responsibilities

Perform clerical, accounting, and administrative support for operations and maintenance activities Support material management and warehousing functions Prepare reports and meet established deadlines supporting the district/grid Collaborate with field crews, supervisors, and internal partners Provide exceptional internal and external customer service Conduct all work with professionalism, respect, and attention to detail Minimum Qualifications

Basic clerical and accounting experience Valid U.S. Driver License Preferred Qualifications

Experience processing and closing work orders. Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail. Knowledgeable with material management processes and procedures. Experienced with various applications/programs such as SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Familiar with field construction materials. Familiar with the various phases of work order closure and timekeeping processes. Providing exceptional internal/external customer service. Additional Information

This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs. This position requires testing and applicants who are identified to continue through the selection process will be invited to test via email.
