About this role

Job Description Summary As a Land Coordinator working for Taylor Morrison you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Land Department, work with Land Department Staff to assist with timely delivery of projects by preparing and administering contracts, tracking and processing invoices, maintaining project files, and preparing project binders; and coordinate with all departments to assist in the setup of new communities including processing of Department of Real Estate, Homeowners Associations, and lender paperwork and applications.

At least 2+ years work-related experience OR AA degree requiredExcellent telephone customer service skills requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and WordAbility to multi-task and problem solve day-to-day office activitiesExperience in professional environment dealing with various levels of management and external contacts is requiredPrevious experience in an administrative capacityAction and results oriented FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $23.06-31.70 Bonus Eligible: Up to 5% Staff
