An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dividend Specialist to join our Corporate Services team in Dublin. This is a specialist role within an experienced team of six, responsible for delivering dividend events, supporting tax reporting activities and ensuring shareholder payments are processed accurately and on time. Working with significant financial transactions and critical deadlines, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This is a niche area of our business, so full training will be provided. You'll join a supportive team with a collaborative culture where colleagues work closely together, share knowledge and help each other succeed.

A role you will love

As a Dividend Specialist, you'll coordinate and process dividend and tax-related activities on behalf of our clients. You'll monitor corporate announcements, manage event timetables and ensure key activities are completed accurately and within strict deadlines.

Working across a variety of systems and alongside several internal teams, you'll help facilitate shareholder payments, tax reporting requirements and other important financial transactions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Processing dividend payment events accurately and within agreed deadlinesMonitoring corporate announcements and identifying actions required for upcoming eventsManaging event schedules and tracking tasks through to completionCoordinating with internal teams to gather shareholder and transaction informationProcessing shareholder payments, money transfers and related financial transactionsSupporting tax reporting activities and associated regulatory requirementsAssisting with foreign exchange transactions where requiredResponding to dividend-related queries from internal and external stakeholdersParticipating in daily team meetings and supporting colleagues when requiredContributing to projects and continuous process improvements What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable taking ownership of their workload. You'll be confident working independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishGood organisational and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConfidence working with financial information and handling sensitive transactionsA proactive and reliable approach to workThe ability to remain calm and effective under pressureStrong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly ExcelA commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues Experience within financial services, operations, payments, banking or administration would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
