12-week learning journeyA student motivated to provide support and assistance to approximately 1000 manufacturing employees working on 3 different shiftInterest in gaining hands-on HR experience with a focus in the recruiting life-cycle of hourly production hiringData driven individual with excellent excel capabilities to collect and analyze dataDriven to learn and understand various open jobs to create job flyers and on-the job videos to support in the recruitment and hiring processContinuous Improvement mindset with the ability to pivot and improves processesAbility to problem solve and ensure follow up and resolution for employee issues Your Background:
Obtaining a bachelor's or `master's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources, Communications, Psychology)Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.Ability to work across cultures.Good conceptual and analytical thinkingEffective working within a team.Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
