Team Lead Gas Services (m/w/d)

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gas related topics and need to focus on Delivery, Business increase, Quality and HSE. Further a first experience in managing and efficient organizing teams is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance and delivery
Drives, implements, reports and monitors performance targets.Runs the day-to-day Gas Service business to ensure growth, and improvement on productivity.Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in qualityDrive improvements in customer satisfaction. Service Growth
Driving and implementing the PGSV Gas Services strategy, in line with global and regional initiatives.
Proactively owns HSE performance and improvement actionsClose collaboration with all Service representatives within the Country, including those remaining within the Systems BUs.
Identify white spots and support to define Gas strategy together with department managerSupport entries into new markets for Gas, segments and Customers, and identify opportunities for growth. Operational Excellence
Promote synergies and develop efficient delivery processes within responsible area.Ensuring excellence in managing the Gas Services operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.Promote and implement the needed Training ProgramsPromote sharing of best practice.Support and collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Problem-solving initiatives when required Health, Safety and Integrity.
Drives Service Safety and enforces a Service safety cultureMake sure all relevant actions are implemented to significantly reduce or eliminate HSEExecute HSE operational plan and ensure full compliance with Hitachi Energy's HSE and legal requirements.Drive operational excellence by ensuring the implementation of company programs and Service's operational risk management. People leadership and development
Staffing Gas Services Team appropriately to ensure delivery.Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates. Improves service availability, provides training and develops capabilities and competencies. Secure Team development to support Professional Growth Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant degree or equivalent experience.Experience in managing a team.Leadership skills.Understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and productsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluent in English Key Competencies:
