Job Summary
Job Description:
The Security Services Consultant will own, manage, and support customers in deploying Idira Privilege Access Management solutions. In this role, the Security Services Consultant will collaborate with customers to kick off their transition project, provide support in planning, managing technical activities, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless deployment, foster a positive customer experience and outcome, and enable customers to continue and grow with Idira solutions.
The Security Services Consultant will be responsible for customers' delivery and ongoing success and will accompany them throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning, deploying, integrating, providing technical assistance, expanding, and securing the customer's environment using the solution, as well as setting the customer up for success with Idira's Privilege Access Management solutions (Self-Hosted and/or SaaS).
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise deployments of Idira's solutions through their full life cycleDesign and architect solutions to meet the needs of Idira's customersWork directly with the customer to deploy and configure Idira Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions in the customer's environmentServe as the primary point of contact during the planning, deployment and post-implementation stagesConduct discovery and planning workshops to gather requirements and define success criteriaProvide technical documentation, deployment summaries, and knowledge transferCollaborate with internal teams (Services, Support, PM, and R&D) to escalate and resolve complex issuesParticipate in post-deployment support and optimization engagementsAssist customers through Idira product migrations (Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted or Self-Hosted to SaaS)Ability to work off-hours periodically to support customers during scheduled maintenance windows for system upgrades/migrationsReceive and appropriately resolve customer issues and escalations while establishing correct expectationsAct as a subject matter expert to guide customers through both Privilege Access Management and security best practices aimed at rapid risk reductionProcessing and analyzing customer and product usage for the benefit of both customers and Idira Requirements:
4+ years of experience deploying Idira or equivalent PAM solutions.7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integratorProficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) requiredProficiency in Portuguese (written and verbal) is a nice-to-haveStrong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)Eagerness to learn other products in the Idira product suite as neededExperience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platformsExperience with Idira migrations, Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted and/or Self-Hosted to Privilege Cloud (nice to have)Experience with Active Directory and IDP systemsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to anticipate risks and react to devise solutionsSecurity+ or similar security certifications are preferredPassion for cybersecurity and continuous learning Qualifications
