The B2B Commercial Strategy team helps shape the future of Booking Holding's B2B business. We work on some of the most important commercial questions facing the organization: where to grow, which opportunities to pursue, and how to make smart choices across markets, segments, and partnerships.

We partner closely with senior leaders and operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial decision-making. If you enjoy solving complex business problems and influencing high-impact decisions, this team offers a unique opportunity to do both.

The Opportunity

You will help define Booking Holding's B2B commercial priorities by identifying growth opportunities, assessing market and competitive dynamics, and shaping recommendations that guide investment and execution. You will work across a broad range of strategic topics, combining structured problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and sound judgment to help the business make better decisions.

In This Role, You Will:

Help shape the commercial strategy for the B2B business across markets, segments, and partnershipsLead strategic analyses on market trends, competitor activity, business performance, and opportunity sizingBuild business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support decision-makingDrive cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition through recommendation and execution supportLead independent workstreams across a range of strategic and ad hoc projectsDevelop frameworks that help the business prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and execute effectivelyPartner with teams across the organization to align on priorities and move strategic initiatives forward

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, commercial planningSolid consulting and strategy background ideally in consulting firmsStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insightsStrong business judgment and comfort navigating ambiguous strategic questionsExperience building financial models and developing business casesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersA proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to work independentlyThe ability to move comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on execution

Nice to Have:

Professional background in consulting firms in strategy areaExperience in B2B, partnerships, or marketplace businessesExperience in the travel, e-commerce, or technology industryExperience with market prioritization, portfolio strategy, or commercial planningFamiliarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools
