Data Engineer - ETL Location: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Queretaro Time Zone: CST/EST
Infosys is looking for Data Engineer with strong backgrounds in ETL development, data validation/testing and SQL querying.
Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing SQL code (AWS Athena) required Developing and editing Tableau workbooks experience required Designing and developing automated solutions Performance monitoring and tuning of existing automated jobs Troubleshooting failures Ad hoc analyses Query data to answer business questions and to support investigations Engage with subject matter experts to develop metrics and key performance indicators Required Skills & Qualifications: Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and concisely Thorough, take detailed notes and capture correct information Strong ETL development and testing background (minimum of 1-2 years experience) Experience with Tableau (minimum of 1-2 years experience) Experience with SQL for data analysis, validation/testing and data investigation (minimum of 1-2 years experience) AWS cloud experience (Cloudwatch, Lambda, EMR, Athena) Excellent analytical skills, curious about data Ability to think creatively to identify solutions Driven, hungry for opportunities Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines Desire to learn and continue growing your technical skillset Soft Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
