Computershare has fantastic opportunities to join our growing Global Entity Compliance (GEC) team as a Business Support Administrator. As global businesses face increasing governance and compliance demands, we support clients across more than 120 jurisdictions with technology driven entity management and advisory services. To support this continued growth, we're expanding our centralised Business Support function across the UK, US and Hong Kong, and you'll have the chance to help shape how it develops.

A role you will love

Your role will be busy and varied, supporting both routine and project based tasks. There is no phone based work, communication is managed through email and MS Teams. This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, problem solving and working in a dynamic environment where processes are continually improving.

Typical daily activities include:

Managing shared mailbox queries relating to billing, invoicing, vendors and financeAccessing the finance portal to support billing cycles and resolve vendor or banking queriesUpdating and maintaining client and vendor records to ensure accuracy and complianceAssisting with client invoices, billing schedules and reportingSupporting onboarding activities, including gathering documentation and updating systemsProviding administrative and coordination support across the GEC teamContributing to standardisation work across global and legacy teamsSupporting occasional ad hoc project or continuous improvement initiatives Salary, location and hours

This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a 35 hour work week, Monday to Friday. The starting salary is £25,000, dependent on experience and interview performance. Candidates must live within an hour's commute of our Bristol office (BS13 8AE).

You'll be adaptable in a fast moving environment, comfortable working with colleagues across regions and open to varied or ad hoc tasks as the team grows.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errorsConfidence working with high volume workloads and short billing cyclesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyStrong written communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationshipsGood IT capability, particularly with Microsoft 365, Excel and data entryAn interest in business operations, finance or global compliance, with any experience in billing, invoicing or finance administration being a bonus Rewards designed for you
